  • Negotiated with executives at National Grid to assure that the company maintained it’s call center on Barefoot Road rather than moving it to Waltham, thereby preserving 300 jobs.
  • Advocated for legislative economic development incentives which directly impacted the A. Duie Pyle Trucking Company facility resulting in 150 new jobs and a broader tax base.
  • Obtained a $440,000 grant to the Lincoln Street School to offset the cost of a new roof; working towards more grants for rehabilitation of building.
