  • Secured state funding on behalf of the Nineteen Carter renovation project currently underway at the Old Methodist Church for the enjoyment and use of the entire Berlin community.
  • Took decisive action to pass legislation, such as the Economic Development Act that aims to create jobs and invest in the community, to lower the unemployment rate by reducing the annual rate of 5.7% recorded in 2012 to its current rate of 4.7%.
  • Advocating for and working with local farmers to strengthen the agricultural community and ultimately create a grow local, buy local initiative specific to our area of Central Massachusetts.
  • Fighting to protect the community during the planning process of the Kinder Morgan proposed Tennessee Pipeline project.
